In each hour-long session in this series, the compliance experts at Benefit Comply break down complex compliance issues into understandable concepts, bringing you timely information on the most important issues facing employers.

In this webinar: As more and more employers offer at least one high deductible health plan (HDHP) option, employers play a role in educating their employees about HASs (Health Savings Accounts). The goal of this webinar is to provide employers with some tips and tricks to help employees navigate HSA eligibility, HSA contribution limits, and HSA reimbursements.

David Flotten has over 24 years of experience in employee benefits and employment law with a particular focus on health and welfare plan compliance an employee benefits strategic planning. He has helped employers deal with difficult compliance issues related to ERISA, HIPAA, and more. David regularly presents seminars on the ACA, employee benefits compliance, and other HR topics, including for the College of Continuing & Professional Studies at the University of Minnesota. He has also taught the PHR/SPHR and SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP exam prep courses.
