Employer reporting season is upon us, and many vendors are requiring data soon for the 2024 calendar year to begin preparing Form 1094s and 1095s for submission to the IRS early in 2025. Along with a refresher on the employer reporting requirements, we’ll address some of the most common employer questions and misunderstandings regarding reporting offers of coverage to full-time employees and enrollment data.
